Ganttly is designed with privacy in mind. Ganttly does not use advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, or third-party analytics services.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Ganttly.
Information Ganttly Handles
Project Data
Ganttly allows you to create projects, tasks, subtasks, timelines, notes, and related project information.
Project data is stored on your device.
When you choose to use Ganttly's iCloud collaboration features, the information necessary for the shared project is transmitted to and stored using Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services so that the project can be shared and synchronized between participating users.
Ganttly does not operate its own server for storing your project content.
iCloud Collaboration
Ganttly uses Apple's CloudKit framework to provide shared project collaboration.
When you choose to share a project, project information associated with that collaboration may be stored in iCloud and made available to people you invite, according to the permissions you select.
Participation in a shared project may also involve information managed by Apple that is necessary to identify participants and provide the collaboration.
Ganttly does not use shared project information for advertising, analytics, profiling, or marketing.
Use of iCloud and CloudKit is also subject to Apple's applicable privacy policies and terms.
Purchases
Ganttly offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions through Apple's App Store.
Payments are processed by Apple. Ganttly does not receive or store your payment card information.
Ganttly may receive information from Apple's StoreKit system indicating whether an applicable purchase or subscription is active so that purchased features can be unlocked.
Analytics and Tracking
Ganttly does not use analytics services.
Ganttly does not track you across apps or websites.
Ganttly does not use advertising SDKs or sell personal information.
Third-Party Services
Ganttly relies on Apple services for certain functionality, including:
- iCloud and CloudKit for shared collaboration
- StoreKit and the App Store for optional purchases and subscriptions
Ganttly does not provide project information to third-party advertising or analytics companies.
Data Retention and Deletion
Project information stored locally remains on your device until you delete that information or remove the app, subject to normal device backup and restoration behavior.
Information stored through iCloud or CloudKit may remain in iCloud according to your use of Ganttly's collaboration features and Apple's iCloud data-management practices.
You can delete projects and discontinue shared collaborations through Ganttly's available project and collaboration controls.
Because Ganttly does not maintain a separate Ganttly user account or independent server containing your project data, there is no separate Ganttly account database to delete.
